Project: Palermo Restaurant, Melbourne, Australia

Enjoy an intimate dining experience with Brio’s Stackadoor 200

Located in the heart of Melbourne, this tucked away restaurant is designed by Ewef Leaf and constructed by DEMROC, providing mouth-watering Argentinian dishes to the vibrant city. Upon offering spectacular dishes, Palermo is known for their intimate dining experience where hanging panels can be easily moved to section off areas and create a dynamic space and privacy.

Brio’s Stackadoor 200 hardware system was installed by STRUC to deliver an Interior top hung sliding application which easily slides the steel framed textured glass panels into room dividers. The versatile panels act as partition walls for small and larger private functions or alternatively, can be easily stacked away to blend into the general dining area.

To meet a variety of booking demands, Palermo can easily adjust the flexible panels to partition off rooms or join an open space to cater for their customers, giving them the ultimate experience.
